About the job:

  • Support the Senior HR Generalist in handling the end-to-end Employee Life Cycle for approximately 150 employees in Zurich and Geneva
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team of two Specialists
  • Single point of contact for, and coordination of New Joiners and Leavers
  • Handle all P&C administration in collaboration with our Senior HR Generalist (incl. social insurances process)
  • Support the payroll process
  • Support the business in all HR matters
  • Cover absences of Senior HR Generalist
  • Support in the further development of HR processes
  • Actively drive the Synpulse culture

About you:

  • You have a degree in HR Assistant (HR Assistent/in) or equivalent
  • You have 1-2 years proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational organisation
  • You have excellent communication skills and ability to interact with large spectrum of various stakeholders and task
  • You enjoy working in a team of international HR Specialists
  • You are a natural organizer, pro-active, service minded, friendly, flexible, and accurate
  • You pay strong attention to details and quality, you have the ability to prioritize, you respect confidentiality, and you believe in a constructive feedback culture
  • You have good MS office skills
  • You are fluent in both German (mother tongue) and English, (French is an advantage)
  • You have a valid working permit for Switzerland
