Job content

Purpose of the job
  • Create, document, track and update project activities/tasks, risks, issues and decisions
  • Maintain the project plan
  • Consolidate and report on KPI’s
  • Organize project calls and workshops
  • Participate to project calls, provide minutes of the meeting, and assign tasks
  • Prepare and send reports and other project communication (i.e weekly status reports, feed yammer)
  • Document and define processes and procedures
  • Extract data from different sources and consolidate in required format
  • Escalate to the PM as needed
You ?
  • Advanced excel: data models, pivot tables, Vlookup, index match, data import and formatting, dashboards, basic math formulas. Macro is a plus
  • Powershell scription
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Technical writer
  • Jira, Teams, Sharepoint, yammer
  • Power point presentation
  • Basic Business analysis: write requirements, model processes, prepare decision matrix, data dictionary, glossaries
  • Basic project management
