Duties:
- Proactive support to colleagues
- Deliver best practice incident management
- First point of contact
- Recording and investigating incidents
- Follow up with customers
Requirements:
- Windows 10, MS Office 2016 and 2019
- Internet Explorer and Google Chrome and antivirus software
- Troubleshooting Laptops, Tablets, MFD’s and Desktops, TCP/IP troubleshooting
- Remote connectivity Citrix/Fortinet VPN
- Mobile support (iOS)
- Market Data Reuters and Bloomberg
- Audio/Visuals and video conferencing
- Microsoft certifications and relevant IT accreditations (ITIL and ITSM)
- Degree in IT
- Professional communication skills and telephone manners, self-motivated, honest and have a sense of urgency
- English language
- German is a plus
