Duties:

  • Proactive support to colleagues
  • Deliver best practice incident management
  • First point of contact
  • Recording and investigating incidents
  • Follow up with customers

Requirements:

  • Windows 10, MS Office 2016 and 2019
  • Internet Explorer and Google Chrome and antivirus software
  • Troubleshooting Laptops, Tablets, MFD’s and Desktops, TCP/IP troubleshooting
  • Remote connectivity Citrix/Fortinet VPN
  • Mobile support (iOS)
  • Market Data Reuters and Bloomberg
  • Audio/Visuals and video conferencing
  • Microsoft certifications and relevant IT accreditations (ITIL and ITSM)
  • Degree in IT
  • Professional communication skills and telephone manners, self-motivated, honest and have a sense of urgency
  • English language
  • German is a plus
