About the role

This is an ideal opportunity to further develop your career within the events and marketing industry. By working together with the Marketing Manager and our global Sales teams you will have the opportunity to organize and coordinate the presence of the company at leading industry events. In this role you will be entrusted to:

• Plan, organize and coordinate our attendance to professional conferences and tradeshows with the marketing manager

• Research relevant events in selected territories and strategical fields, and gather information to assess the relevance of our attendance (availability, location, budget, options, etc.)

• Assist in building the list of events, in coordination with the territory managers

• Support in post-attendance analysis of events (gather feedback from Sales, follow up on leads/deals opened over time)

• Support in planning the logistics of our attendance to a few events throughout the year (booking flights & hotels)

• Hold a retro planning to advertise each expo at the right time

• Build an “expo-kit” (a pack ready to take along with minimal required material to exhibit)

• Keep track of the expo material and collaterals (e.g. keeping track of banners, which territory has which collateral, availability for next expo, etc.)

• Highlight relevant testimonials from clients (shared presentations, written/video testimonials, etc.)

• Follow up on memberships of professional associations / clusters and inquire about awards, competition and call for papers related to the attended tradeshows.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field such as Business, Journalism, Communications

• Previous experience in event management (research, planning, budgeting, booking, analyzing)

• Strong capabilities in terms of planning and managing several projects at the same time, in team as well as autonomously

• Previous experience in dealing partners and suppliers

• Proactive behavior and good communications skills
