About The RoleAs Program Manager you will be responsible for the following activities:
  • Lead and proactively steer complex partner onboarding and growth initiatives or internal programs to achieve commercial outcomes such as premiums, gross income, operational/technical stability, partner/customer satisfaction
  • Manage internal/external dependencies with third-party providers, customers, and functions
  • Act as Scrum Master of the Partner Core Team for productive, cross-functional collaboration in an international, culturally diverse environment
  • Develop agile behaviors and practices across the company to improve the overall delivery and reduce waste (lead times, effort, timeliness, quality)
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of our delivery framework, practices, tools

  • University degree (Master’s equivalent); Business, Economics, Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering
  • Ideally 3 years’ experience program/project manager role. Coming from a business and/or technology consulting company is a plus
  • Experiences working in the financial and/or insurance industry is welcomed
  • Experience working in an agile environment and are familiar with agile frameworks
  • Strategic problem solver, have a proactive mind-set and well-developed conceptual and analytical skills
  • You can influence others without formal authority to achieve common objectives
  • You like to think like an entrepreneur, always having the bigger picture in mind
  • Communication skills across various levels and functions
  • You love being out of your comfort zone, learn from failures, and improve continuously
  • Passion about building relationships internally and externally
  • Open-minded person who can receive and give open/direct feedback
  • Enjoy having fun and don’t take yourself too seriously
  • Experience in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence and other project management tools are a plus!
  • Proficiency in English language. Any other European language is an advantage
