Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly ambitious and skilled Junior Sales Consultant to take responsibility over student recruitment telephone calls in international markets. The aim is appropriately qualify the leads and to schedule video calls between high potential leads and SUMAS senior study advisors.

The post holder will be responsible for making telephone calls to new leads and to evaluate their potential to apply for a SUMAS study program. Maintaining the SUMAS CRM system diligently and passing on the leads to the recruitment team is part of the activities.

You will also assist with the organization of sales related activities and events.

Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for sustainability are paramount to be successful in this position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Calling and qualifying the assigned new student leads
  • Passing on qualified student leads to the recruitment team
  • Working on special telemarketing initiatives after marketing campaigns
  • Continuously improve the telemarketing process
  • Qualifying new student leads effectively based on ambitious recruitment targets
  • Managing the lead qualification process efficiently with the aim to exponentially grow student numbers across all study programs
  • Strong ability to explain SUMAS` educational offer in comprehensive and engaging way
  • Evaluating new student leads and updating CRM accordingly

Requirements:

  • Have a valid work permit for Switzerland
  • Self-starter with convincing personality
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
  • Ambition to achieve and overachieve set goals (Goal-based bonus payments)
  • Autonomous, goal oriented working style and respecting reporting lines
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Well organized and detail oriented
