As a “KAM & E-Commerce Manager”, you will manage a portfolio of international well known and very important clients for their scope of operations in Switzerland in a very dynamic and sophisticated Petfood sector. In addition, you will develop and implement annual customer plans that are aligned with our overall business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectives.

A Day in the Life of a KAM & E-Commerce Manager
- Build complete Customer Plan to drive the overall business
- Drive the execution of plans with the aim to reach sales growth objectives, customer profitability and portfolio management at local level
- Facilitate excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning
- Understand competitive environment at the relevant customers, as well as consumer & shopper behavior, needs of the customer to develop the category and improve competitiveness
- Nurture productive business relationship beyond the buyer to include cross-functional leaders and reporting levels at least 1 up from the buyer/category manager
- Further develop our E-Commerce strategy and ensure the next steps to prepare for the future
- Build JBP (joint business plans) with priority e-retailers, define and deploy activation plans and report sales performance
- University degree or equivalent education qualification recommended
- KAM experience minimum 3 years in FMCG preferred
- Demonstrated ability to drive further the business and has strong relationship skills
- Demonstrated success in previous roles
- First E-Commerce business experience preferred
- Eager to learn and to explore new business opportunities in E-Commerce, agile mindset strongly preferred
- Fluent language skills in German and English, French is a plus
