The Role: Key Account Manager Retail - Switzerland

This Key Account Manager Retail Switzerland will report to the Managing Director Switzerland. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the relationship between Logitech and assigned Key Retail Partners in Switzerland. You will drive the development of a fast growing business channel and support new sales initiatives and the exceptional growth at Logitech.   • Be accountable for the performance of large Retail and Omnichannel Accounts in Switzerland, achieving assigned targets for strategic objectives.
  • Establish and develop productive, professional relationships with key personnel (on all levels) in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, management resources, providing leadership & inspiration fostering a culture of customer-centricity, accountability, collaboration and achieving big bold goals.
  • Develop the business by identifying and accelerating all opportunities within key channels & customer portfolios.
  • Successfully introduce and implement new product categories and key initiatives. Coordinate country campaigns with your selected accounts and execute with excellence.
  • Lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
  • Set up a quarterly key metrics activity and execution plan.
  • Monitor and manage execution of the activities by measuring and reporting on activities and campaign results.
  • Set up an efficient forecast process to drive predictable revenue growth.
  • Define, manage and control the budget per Partner/Account.
  • Control the relevant ROI (return on investment) and success parameters.
  • Anticipate market changes to drive new, relevant solutions to customers.
  • Lead, manage and develop a team of Support Functions and the Retail Field Sales organization.
  • Develop, implement and set KPIs to drive instore and online execution.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador.

Your Skills:

For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Account management experience with a track record in consumer electronics,
    IT or FMCG
  • Brand Management or Trade Marketing skills are an advantage
  • Knowledge of the Swiss Retail landscape
  • Fluent German and English, both written and verbal
  • Analytic, structured, highly driven and solution-oriented person.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strategic relationships.
  • Possess a deep understanding of retail sales processes.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Instore Execution and Field Sales Management experience
  • Knowledge across a range of marketing tools.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to drive and coordinate projects.

This role is based in Zürich/Switzerland.
