Main duties

  • Building knowledge centre based on data/marketing/trends (Business intelligence)
  • Understanding existing business and business opportunities within Selecta world
  • Contribute to local deals with knowledge and expertise in proactive clients meetings
  • Contribute to local deals with knowledge and expertise in tenders/offers
  • Build solutions that address the needs of the sector
  • Build specific case studies on the sector
  • Set up sector specific network and workshops
  • Actively share knowledge with the countries

Professional competence

  • Being able to analyse reports and build visual models for internal and external use
  • Have a commercial supportive track record of co-winning significant new business deals within National/International accounts
  • Be commercially driven, analytical, creative, eye for detail, quick-thinking, and a true team-player
  • Given the need to coordinate internally, you must be process-driven with strong organisational and Microsoft package skills- you own this division
  • Wide-ranging experience and Knowledge oft the Hotels/Leisure or Hospital&Retail or Travel & Retail industry

Profile

  • Be highly influential, direct and results-focussed
  • Experienced working in an international matrix organisation is essential
  • Tangible passion for F&B
  • Higher education in Hotel Management/Travel Industry or similar
  • Strong written/spoken English plus a second/more languages are of advantage (German, French, Dutch or another European language)
