Your opportunity

Client demand management: ​ assessment and active shaping of solutions catalogue, lead projects from a front business perspective
Business development: support Key Client business developer(s) by preparing Key Client Profiles and briefing sheets (incl. further development)
Processes : refinement of existing and facilitation of new processes to ensure suitability with Key Client demands and enable institutionalized and efficient decision making and execution, define service levels and ensure application of such
Segment reporting : maintain overview of Key Client Management activities and monitor the development of our segment
Lead Key client projects, such as lead generation, client profiling by leveraging big data, etc.
Stakeholder Management : support our stakeholder community management by maintaining an active dialogue and ensuring a proactive flow of information (incl. governance board and best practice formats

You bring
Excellent project manager: ability to manage and coordinate various stakeholders
5+ years experience in Wealth Management or Asset Management and a solid understanding of financial markets, products and wealth management clients
Independent working style with high interest in achieving results as a team You are
Organized and responsible, self-motivated, quick learner with the ability to see the "big picture"
Experienced in UHNWI a/o institutional client management is a value ad
Familiar with day-to-day processes and operations in wealth management
Fluent in English and German
