About Our Client

Our client, an international pharmaceutical company with an office in the center of Zug, is currently looking for an Administrative Specialistwith Accounting experience that can start on short notice.

Job Description
  • Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
  • Processing expense reports
  • Tracking and processing due invoices for payments
  • Coding and processing signatures in DocuSign
  • Analysing workflow processes
The Successful Applicant
  • Commercial education or similar studies
  • Relevant working experience in a similar environment
  • Experience with Accounts Payable
  • Proficient user knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular) and Google Suite
  • Fluent in English, German and/or any other additional language is a bonus
