WHO YOU ARE
As a Key Account Manager, you will drive extraordinary growth by positioning IKEA as the first-choice destination for businesses and creating and sustaining long-term profitable relationships with large key accounts.

• You have extensive experience in B2B key account management or in sales.
• You enjoy working at the strategic level but also know how to put commercial ideas into practice.
• You have a good understanding of the local B2B market environment and the relevant legislations, requirements and compliance standards.
• You are a confident negotiator who can navigate in a complex and challenging business environment with multiple stakeholders involved.
• You have excellent leadership and communications skills that allow you to build trustful relationships and lead peers and stakeholders in an inspirational way.
• You speak fluently both English and German and preferably French or Italian.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leading the strategy for the IKEA for Business offering and managing the overall performance of the key account customer portfolio.
•Actively drive acquisition of new business customers all over the country (some travel will be reqiured) and build up long term relationships with key account managers.
• Be responsible to lead after sales care for key account deals – follow up with help and information in order to secure long-term business relationships and an excellent customer experience
• Collaborating with key stakeholders regarding legal questions and for support in the negotiation of large and cross-national accounts, frame agreements and terms & conditions where necessary.
• Contributing to customer and market insights in cross-functional and cross-organisational developments connected to key account projects and sales.
• Acting as subject matter expert in relevant agile teams within the digital unit in order to provide business expertise in digital product and solution development (for sales & payment, marketing and CX related topics).
