Our Global Brand Marketing Department in our headquarters in Bad Zurzach (Switzerland) is looking for a


Brand Content Production Specialist (f/m/d) (80% part-time)


The purpose of the Brand Content Production Specialist’s job is to support the Brand Campaign Manager in the development of content, campaigns, tools and programs that support the communication of the Triumph brand globally. Furthermore, the Brand Marketing Specialist leads and runs specific brand marketing projects. The role requires close collaboration with the centrally managed communications agencies and Country hubs in order to successfully distribute and implement central marketing initiatives that works effectively at a local level and can be easily managed by the local marketing team.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the campaign management process of the seasonal campaign shoot (shootlist consolidation, samples management, post production process, campaign guidelines development, coordination with internal stakeholders)
  • Leads & run social content development
  • Supervises all e-commerce imagery shootings
  • Manages development of CRM creative assets in collaboration with CRM team
  • Approve, advise, support markets in local requests & executions
  • Keep track on budget & process compliance
  • Suggests & explores new ways of producing content including AI driven

Your ideal profile:

  • 2 years comprehensive experience in the Content Production area of a consumer business (preferably apparel or related female-focused background)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Communications or min. 2 years’ experience in a Creative / Production / art Buying Background
  • Project Management Skills
  • Past experience in campaign or content production is a must
  • A creative Mindset, a personal interest for photography, video, social
  • A past experience or good sensibility for fashion photography or video
  • Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) + Photoshop / InDesign / IMovie or FinalCut (preferred)
  • AI application past experience in creating images or texts would be a strong plus
  • Excellent English skills; German and further European language useful
  • Affinity for social content creation is a plus
  • Highly communicative with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, “hands on” mentality
  • Team orientated as well as highly stress-resistant – being able to handle multiple demands under tight deadlines
  • Affinity towards fashion
