About Our Client

Our client is a well-known player within the pharmaceutical industry based in Zug.

Job Description

Performance management: Swiss team and third parties

Support the team in data analysis for operations: new product launches, salesforce, management

Support Country Manager for Budget preparation and reviews: interactions with local as well as with Global Finance team

Internal stakeholders: Country Manager, Sales Manager. Marketing manager, Global Finance, Supply Chain

Performance management
  • KPI set-up & tracking National performance Product level Brand Level
  • Project management: Lead reporting and dashboard building (Local Level with global support)
  • Reporting and system automation
  • Lead Reporting platform for senior management
  • Budget management BP&O Department:
  • Data purchase / MR / ad-hoc Project Operations:
  • Cross functional link Marketing / Commercial / Operations
  • SF monitoring together with Sales Manager
  • Optimize reporting for CH Entity with global (Tableau, Salesforce CRM)
  • Create local systems to enhance reporting (prospective data, covid modelling)
  • Lead market research - all market related dynamics
  • General strategic assistance for CM & LE Budget:
  • Topline assumptions 1Y - 3Y
  • Topline Budget projections
  • Performance explanation to senior Management
  • Monthly budget follow-up: in-line / not in-line + Justification
  • Monthly financial review topline assumptions
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor or Master of Science in Business Administration or Betriebsökonom FH with specialization in Controlling and Finance
  • 3 - 5 years of local work experience as Business Data Analyst in a similar position
  • Ability to establish and optimize processes efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills on all levels of seniority
  • A high degree of resilience, self-initiative and flexibility
  • Very good command of the MS-Office toolbox
  • Organizational talent and service oriented attitude
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • German and English (fluent level mandatory), French would be an asset
