Your field of responsibility


Join us as the Program Manager in our Risk and Compliance (CRCO) division. In this role, you will deliver a key component of the SUB and IWM CRO portfolio comprising of both across strategic and regulatory initiatives of the Bank.
You will gain insights into banking book products (loans, deposits, fixed income securities and derivatives) which constitute the core elements of the banking business, as well as the risk management of such positions. You will work with one of the world’s leading risk systems QRM, a fully integrated balance sheet management solution that covers ALM, Market Risk, Liquidity, FTP, Stress Testing and Portfolio optimization.

The CRCO Change business leads front-to-back delivery of all major Change the Bank programs across the Risk & Compliance Division, maximising capabilities across locations and engaging closely with the CRCO stakeholders. Partnering with the Data & Tech, Digital Transformation and Quantitative Analytics and Technology (QAT) teams to deliver strategic infrastructure solutions wherever possible, the team drives agile delivery practices and partners with multiple design & delivery teams across Credit Suisse. The success of the team ultimately depends on the skills, experience and engagement of our employees. Your skills and experience

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business or an equivalent field
  • Hands-on experience in program management and managing a team
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Market Risk, Treasury within a major financial institution.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage.
  • A strategic perspective to identify and anticipate client needs to deliver strategic solutions, improve processes and drive revenue
  • Capable of prioritising and multi-tasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills with experience of providing executive MI
