In the role of Commercial/Sales Director Romandie you will keep abreast of trends and market conditions with the goal to promote and expand the company’s commercial activity. You will bring add value to our growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing marketing efforts. You will lead to sustainable growth and to put focus on global collaboration, innovation, productivity and profitability. You will have a dual reporting line to the Head of Group Operational Management (solid line) and the Country Managing Director (dotted line). The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset and great leadership skills, will also be a creative strategist with excellent organizational abilities.

KEY PURPOSE :
Overall responsibility for sales for French-speaking Switzerland,
Independent acquisition and support of strategic customers,
Development of a new business pipeline in French-speaking Switzerland with a special focus on our strategic customer segments,
Management and development of the sales team,
Ensure collaboration with Solution Sales, Operations, Business Development and Marketing,
Representation of the company in public and in professional bodies,
Set direction and drive change within Commercial Department function and drive impact across the country operation,
Part of the senior leadership team of ISS Switzerland

SUCCESS PROFILE & PREFERRED QUALIFICATION :
University degree in facility management, business administration or technical university degree with advanced training in business administration,
Between 5 and 10 years in a similar role,
Proven experience in a similar function in the B2B segment,
Good industry knowledge in facility management or the real estate sector,
Track record in managing a sales organization,
French mother tongue, fluent in business English, good German skills highly appreciate,
Natural enterprise change leader with high impact on the country results,
Based in Greater Geneva Area
