Our client Takeda in Zürich is looking for a new team mate as
Communications Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Coordination and distribution of global organizational announcements (ad-hoc) and people announcements (twice per month)
- Coordinate content, artwork creation, video productions with external vendors
- Coordination of translations (8 languages) with internal stakeholder groups and external agencies
- Communications reports (monthly)
- Ongoing maintenance of editorial calendar, standard presentations, e.g.
- Monitor analytics and create reports detailing the successes and failures of communications campaigns and strategies
- Write a variety of different content to support communications efforts, including newsletters and intranet (SharePoint-based)
- Ad-hoc support with rollout of global communication campaigns to the manufacturing network, planning and hands-on execution of events and meetings
- Assist communications team with P2P (purchase-2-pay) activities / vendor and invoice management
Qualifications
- BSc/BA in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Business Management, or similar field
- 3+ years’ in a communications or digital business management role
Skillset
- Strong networking skills, time management and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Analytical mind and ability to think critically
- Excellent writing, editing and interpersonal communications skills
- Proficiency full Office 365 Suite with focus on PowerPoint, SharePoint and capable of creating visually compelling content
- Familiar in lay outing, desktop publishing, graphic design - Proficiency Adobe Cloud with focus on: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
- Native level English speaker; German is beneficial
