The position as Deputy Head of Finance & Controlling belongs to the Central Finance organisation in the Division Home Solutions and is based in Aarburg.

Your tasks are:

• Manage the financial disclosure and reporting for actual, forecasting and budgets and oversee the preparation of deviation analysis and sales controlling
• Prepare all management reports and presentations required for shareholders, Franke Group and Home Solutions management
• Regular follow up on internal audit household and business recommendations execution
• Project and investment controlling
• Budget process owner and primary contact for the cluster CFOs and Finance Managers
• Identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction and system enhancement
• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analysing results, initiating corrective actions and minimising the impact of variances
• Quality review of monthly managing director reports, IFRS year-end closing, business presentations and investment requests
• Conduct regular reporting unit visits for coaching and process improvement
• Standardisation of finance and controlling processes, increase effectiveness and efficiency with LEAN organisation based on benchmark analysis and best practices
• Implementation of new reporting system based on SAP Analytic Cloud
• Participate in dedicated projects as project manager or project member

We are looking for:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in economics
• 3 to 5 years’ experience as Business Controller or at least 2 years as deputy Head of Finance & Controlling
• Used to work in multinational companies and having the ability to deal with several different cultures all around the world
• Familiar with following systems: SAP, SAP Analytic Cloud, Cognos, Excel. Ability to work with Database
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken), additional languages preferred, especially German, Italian or French
• Strong analytical skills, result oriented and used to work with strict deadlines
• Fascinated by a fast-paced environment and dynamic international team
