What’s the role?

Be part of Hilti’s Global IT team where you work in 2 tier ERP environment - S/4 HANA which is one of the largest S/4 HANA implementations in the world and SAP Business ByDesign which is a cloud-based ERP. As a Digital Business Analyst, you work on the solution which enable efficient and accurate processing of customer orders from multiple channels such as account managers, Hilti stores, e-business and customer service via different techniques and technologies.

What does the role involve?

As an Digital Business Analyst, you identify the business partners’ actual needs and gather and refine business requirements. You implement Global IT solutions by using emerging techniques/technologies including user centricity, responsive design, cloud/on premise solutions together with quality assurance and documentation of the solutions. You evaluate potential IT solutions based on business demand and assess economic and operational feasibility of implementation. Based on a user-centric approach and in close partnership with respective service providers, you drive the design and implementation of long-term solutions in alignment with company strategy in driving customer engagement.

In this role you work closely with IT stakeholders, for example software engineer and solution architect in solutions design. Besides that, you are partnering with marketing and sales business community to understand new business requirements, solve real business problem and innovate the way we process customer orders.

What you need is:

• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields; PhD will be an added advantage
• Order entry/processing process understanding and willingness to learn how we use IT in Marketing and Sales
• At least 8 years of working experience as a Business Analyst
• In-depth SAP S/4 HANA SD module is a must.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skill.
• Excellent communication skills and strong ability to work with global partners
