ESM Product Design Coordinator (m/f/d) 80 - 100 %

In this role you take care of the implementation of custom Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions for our service units which cannot be covered by the out of the box ESM platform but are needed to drive the service delivery and performance management. You also support driving the efficiency and automation of the process of the service units.

Your main tasks include:

• Gathering business requirements in close collaboration with service units including documentation in JIRA and definition of required interfaces to underlying systems (e.g. SAP)
• Coordinate and organize BPO and BPM review sessions, drive the standardization and alignment between KG Business Service Centers as well as the governance and documentation
• Specify details and refine user stories including grooming and design workshops together with Schindler IT Services (SIS)
• Estimating resources, set priorities and planning of releases in close cooperation with ESM product owner and Schindler IT Services (SIS)
• Testing of Management and bug reporting (JIRA)
• Training and support for key users

Further you we are looking for the following qualifications:

• You have a Bachelor or master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering or similar
• You are a certified Scrum Master and/or Product owner
• You are experienced in project management, product training and support and have worked as a product owner of a similar product
• You have strong project and time management skills and an agile delivery
• You are fluent in English, other language skills are a plus
