In this role, you will work to define, promote and deploy Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) best practices within the Franke Home Solutions division. In collaboration with our Finance leaders, you will co-lead the transformation of Franke processes from S&OP to IBP (Integrated Business Planning). This role reports to the Head of Supply Chain Management based at headquarters in Aarburg.

Execution Responsibilities:



  • Defines and prepares Division Executive S&OP monthly presentation set in line with owners and stakeholders
  • Animates and monitors action plan in line with Division Executive S&OP priorities and decisions
  • Defines local pre-S&OP best practices and train local leaders and key stakeholders
  • Participates in local pre-S&OP and feedback Operations stakeholders to improve processes and outcome
  • Follows-up on assigned tasks from Divisional Executive S&OP and local pre-S&OP
  • Drives alignment about objectives, input and output of S&OP sub-processes with Demand Planning and Supply Planning Owners (Note: Supply Planning Owners are run for Franke Manufacturing Center and external Vendors)
  • Defines User Requirements and support the development of Information Technology Tools related to Forecasting activities (i.e. SO99/DCH/ SAS/SAP/Other ERPs) and related reporting (i.e. Business Intelligence and Business Warehouse)
  • Reports to Operations Leaders about Forecasting Key trends and alerts about deviation versus LE and Budget
  • Lead Market/Supply planner Team (35 FTE in Warsaw) that take care about EMEA replenishment
  • Be part of Quarterly Inventory review with CFO, COO and Division President
  • Align S&OP activities and Budget review with Financial Teams
  • Engage all key stakeholders in Division Executive and local pre-S&OP platforms
  • Be an expert, trainer and coach about S&OP matters
  • Play and active role in the PHI/PHO process alignment and execution
  • Define, lead and report progress about project assigned to the position
  • Support on-going improvement project as Project team member
  • Promote HS&E best practices
  • Be informed on last trends and technology on own area of expertise

Tactical Responsibilities:



  • Prepare, monitor and animate Divisional Executive S&OP for the assigned Division
  • Clarify, Assess and support the implementation of local pre-S&OP.
  • Clarify and assess the integration of all S&OP sub processes as Division Executive S&OP, local pre-S&OP, Supply Planning and Demand Planning.
  • Integrate S&OP activities in Budget processes and integrate Finance team with S&OP key tasks.
  • Promote best-in-class quantitative analytics

We are looking for:
  • Min. 10 years’ S&OP Leadership expertise
  • Demand Planning tools and ERP
  • Fluent in English; other languages an asset (Italian, French)
  • Solid understanding of Lean Methodology
