Our Compliance Department at the HQ in Bad Zurzach (Switzerland) is looking immediately for a highly motivated

Global Tax & Transfer Pricing Manager (f/m) (100%)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure transfer pricing compliance across the Triumph International group, including timely reporting, compliance with Group Policies and compliance with relevant transfer pricing regulations and emerging trends
  • Manage Transfer Pricing documentation for the Triumph International group, and provide support to local Finance teams on Transfer Pricing matters
  • Monitor local country tax compliance processes to ensure compliance with local legislation and company policies
  • Assist the local country Finance teams with tax audits and tax controversies
  • Proactively monitor and identify potential tax issues and tax planning opportunities for Triumph’s operations
  • Review, revise and set up intercompany transactions and maintain/update intercompany agreements
  • Manage tax accounting, reporting processes (IAS 12) and assist in preparing tax estimates and statutory tax provision calculations
  • Responsible for the quarterly calculation and review of the international tax risk provision
  • Minimise potential Permanent Establishment risk for entities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional, regional and local stakeholders to provide ongoing support to subsidiaries from a direct tax standpoint

Your ideal profile:

  • Min. 5 years of experience in a tax/transfer pricing position with a consultancy firm and/or within the tax department of a multinational company
  • Excellent knowledge of international corporate taxation and transfer pricing, preferably experienced in tax matters related to supply chain and effective tax structuring
  • Acting as a certified accountant / qualified tax person / chartered accountant specialised in taxes
  • General understanding of indirect tax matters
  • Fluent English is as a must-have
  • Hands-on and can-do attitude
  • High ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Strong relationship management, analytical and communication skills
