We are looking for an experienced Finance Professional with CPA Degree. This exclusive search mandate for our client is a successful industrial company with an efficient operation for a wide variety of customers and applications worldwide.

Tasks
  • Manages monthly consolidation close
  • Responsible for the preparation of consolidated financial statements
  • Preparation of the financial section of the externally published quarterly Report, in coordination with the Corporate Communication/IR department
  • Maintenance of consolidation system and reporting packages
  • Responsible for ICFR on Group level
  • Preparation of quarterly and annual Group financial statements
  • Acting as key contact for Group external auditor
  • Being a “competence center” regarding IFRS and Group Accounting guidelines
  • Supporting Head of Finance & Accounting in special projects (e.g. M&A)
Requirements
  • Professional Degree in Accounting/Controlling
  • CPA («eidg. dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer»)
  • ca. 4 – 8 years working experience
  • Good Consolidation Knowledge
  • Very good IFRS Knowledge
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Structured work methodology
  • Team player with good communicative skills
  • Long term interests with career ambitions
