We are looking for a highly motivated Head of Product Areas for our Marketing, Engagement & Wholesale division under Group Technology.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

By acting as a strategic partner to the Business stakeholders in order to best respond to their requirements :

• Ensuring the Product Area Managers have a shared understanding of the product Areas and that the understanding also exists within and outside of Group Technology.
• Supervise that all roadmaps are expertly delivered and maintained, according to quality, performance, security & compliance policy
• Successfully manage and develop a sizeable product-based organization across multiple client-facing capabilities where you always put the client first.
• Carefully managing the budget through the lenses of business value.
• Ensuring on time and on budget delivery of all initiatives and provide ongoing visibility to senior management.
• Supervising the definition of the Group Technology delivery roadmap on a product areas level and ensure alignment with business requirements
• Orchestrate internal and external multi-functional stakeholders to define Group Technology Product Area Roadmaps.
• Help the Product Owner (PO) to include GT technical requirements in the backlog liaising closely with the PO (version upgrade, decommissioning, technical debt reduction, etc)
• Participate in the governance processes that enable prioritization of initiatives, features, and user stories.
• Supervising the management of the group technology capabilities of the product areas including internal/external/technical resources.
• Monitor budget allocation of the product areas consolidated from the budget of the Products Managed by PO, participate to portfolio governance.
• Supervise the management of external providers in line with Group Technology sourcing strategy.
• Manage directly the Product Area Manager team.
• Conduct and effectively implement the individual performance management process for the product area as well as the compensation reviews.
• Support programs impacting his/her product area.
• Supervising that delivery excellence & continuous improvement processes
• Define & drive delivery of KPIs. Produce timely, detailed summaries & high-level reports.
• Ensure the continuous improvement of the teams
• Promote delivery methodologies consistent with overall Group Technology objectives & specific product requirements.
• Supervising management of delivery risks, impediments, and dependencies.
• Establishing & facilitating cross product area governance in line with the operating model.
• Representing the Product areas (and business) in the DDA (Domain Design Authority) or equivalent Domain level Architecture authority
• Being accountable for providing and operating products that are meeting Group’s Security and Group Risk and Compliance requirements.
• Being accountable for Release Management and Support targets are being met for the Product Areas
• Being accountable for the Areas meeting, its targets for the use and utilization of the tools and processes defined by DevOps
  
  

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

• 10+ years of management experience, including multinational environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business or Management
• Strong experience in technology delivery management including packaged software implementation across the product cluster
• Knowledge of software development/product lifecycle and delivery methodologies
• Passionate about innovation and obsessed about customer experience and client centricity
• Product management experience is an asset
• Strong customer service orientation
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, with strong knowledge of Agile principles (certifications is an asset)
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership, people management skills and team empowerment
• Proven track record of successful change management implementation and fostering learning culture
• Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
• Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly or executive language
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations
• Highly self-motivated and focused
• Autonomous, being able to learn quickly in a complex environment
• Proficiency in English is mandatory
• Consulting experience is an asset
