HR Analyst and Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support in HR controlling and reporting process, annual budgeting, workforce planning
• Run Pay and Bonus review process
• Deal with Compensation and Benefits queries
• Manage the maintenance and implementation of key HR policies
• Support the monitoring and auditing of compliance with HR policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies
• Ensure overall transparency and consistency in managing HR projects and HR aspects of business-related projects in line with company and HR strategy
• Manage and coordinate HR internal projects and ensure follow-through according to defined KPIs
• Support HR related communications, HR document management and knowledge sharing
• Support continuous process improvement and best practice sharing within the global HR organization

Your ideal profile:

• University degree in Finance or HR field
• Solid experience in HR key processes: workforce planning, budgeting, pay and bonus review gained in within a big, complex organization
• Strong business and finance acumen
• Proficiency in Excel
• Excellent English skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Customer centric
• Flexible, easily adapting to changes
• Hands-on, proactive, team player
• Stress resistant
