About Our Client

Our client, a leader company in the HealthCare is looking for an Part-Time HR Assistant in a permanent assignment

The Tasks

Job Description
  • Manage employee life-cycle administrative tasks (e.g., employment agreements, on-boarding, work permits, appraisal process, training, absences, insurances, departures, work certificates)
  • Support candidates experience and hiring process
  • Participate in HR projects
  • Play an active role in the development of the HR function in terms of best practices, processes, procedures, policies, Key Performance Indicators, employer branding and talent management
  • Contribute to the development of the company culture and values
The Successful Applicant

Your Profile
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in Switzerland
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • At ease with IT tools and technologies
  • Rigorous, diligent, committed and confident. You are looking for a challenging position with project
  • Fluent in English and French, German an advantage
