For an exclusive mandate, we are searching an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager.

This role requires a self-motivated, process improvement-oriented individual with a service-oriented mindset.

Aufgaben
  • Administration of the employee life cycle from hiring to departure (maternity, paternity, contract amendments, family allowance, benefits, etc.)
  • Ensure smooth on- and off-boarding process for all employees/managers
  • Cooperation in local and global HR projects
  • Collaborate with the external payroll provider
  • Assist as needed to Executive and Senior Management members
  • Organize team events and other people-oriented activities
  • Keep HR policies, guidelines etc. up-to-date
  • Other ad-hoc assignments
Qualifikation
  • Min. 5 years of relevant HR work experience
  • Experience with Swiss HR procedures and labor law
  • Good Knowledge of Swiss labor laws and Social Security, HR policies and standard operating procedures
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • Ability to work independently and with pro-activity
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and HR applications
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a global team
