About Our Client

Our client, an internationally renowned Pharmaceutical company is recruiting. On its behalf we are now looking for a Maintenance Engineer (m/f/d) for Solothurn area, to join their team ideally in February 2023 till end of December 2023.

Depending on the selected candidate’s performance and motivation, there is a strong possibility of an extension or a permanent take over.

Job Description

The engineer will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Ensures the troubleshooting and operations of HVAC systems according to allocated work
  • Performs troubleshooting and operations on HVAC equipment
  • Operate HVAC systems, BMS alarms review and reporting
  • Analyze trends and data available in SCADA system to improve system reliability
  • Documents all executed tasks in CMMS following Work Order management procedures
  • Supports the creation and illustration of procedures (SOP), checklists and work instructions
  • LOTO preparation and implementation
  • Adheres to all safety instructions (EHS)
  • Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices related to HVAC Systems
  • Provides on-call service in accordance with operation plan
  • Other tasks related to Utilities systems can be allocated by the superior
The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for the role, the selected candidate must have:
  • Mechanical or technical degree (e.g., engineer, maintenance specialist, operating mechanics)
  • 5-10 years of experience in maintenance of industrial systems, preferable related to HVAC systems
  • Strong oral and written skills in English
