What You Will Do

• Support the development of messaging, positioning, and execution of the HR function’s narrative
• Develop communication campaigns to support employee engagement through social media, events, and other channels.
• Create and articulate personal and inspirational employee stories to support the employer brand.
• Partner with the Global HR teams to plan and produce timely, locally relevant, engaging content and two-way dialogue with employees
• Manage HR channels of communication, including dedicated Intrant pages designed for targeted demographics.
  
  

Who You Are

• 5-8 years’ experience in Communications particularly Digital
• Education in the fields of Marketing, social media, PR or journalism.
• An International outlook and creative mindset with a deep understanding of cultural nuances
• Excellent interpersonal and communication and relationship-building skills
• Agile, detailed-oriented and highly collaborative
• Deep understanding of the Employee journey in a multicultural context.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and French.
