In this exciting role, you will be part of the Digital Business Technology team and responsible from the demand - / business analysis to the implementation of small to large sized projects.

Responsibilities & Profile

Your contribution to KPMG

  • Responsible for the clarification and analysis of business demands within the Audit & Assurance areas
  • Analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions together with other IT-specialists and external partners
  • Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
  • Management of digital transformation and innovation projects or initiatives according to classic and agile process methods
  • Act as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members
  • Build trustworthy relations with internal and external stakeholders as clients, product owners and external partners

This is what makes you successful

  • Professional experience as a Business Analyst / IT Project Manager or equivalent, preferably within the financial industry
  • University degree (Uni/FH) in computer science, business informatics HF or comparable
  • Experience in Agile, Lean and DevOps based delivery models.
  • Ability to adopt Product oriented mindset in context of regulated enterprise context
  • Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders on all seniority levels
  • Distinct leadership capabilities with analytical and problem-solving competences
  • Self-motivating and self-guiding personality
  • Experience (and pref. expertise) in cloud technology ecosystem, preferably MS Azure.
  • Driven and passionate about delivering business value outcomes
  • Solid spoken and written in English is required, German is a plus
