IT Project Manager - Facility Management

You are familiar with different Office IT systems and technologies and you understand how to transform business needs into technical requirements. Your Team:

You will take the lead of our international office IT build out program. You have a lot of freedom to be creative and experiment with new technologies and tools that will enhance our office experience for our teams. We encourage you to continuously improve efficiency, find new ways for our teams to collaborate, while at the same time enjoying work with like-minded people.

Your Mission:

• Using the latest in connected technology, help On to build a global network of advanced and collaborative office spaces as part of our new real estate program
• Manage all real estate projects from an IT perspective through design to implementation
• Implement and standardize On’s office IT infrastructure and networks for our offices in Europe, North America, Brazil and APAC
• Own the relationship with network, infrastructure and IT Security partners
• Take the lead on the procurement of IT office equipment, providing a great experience for our team members
• Document and maintain building administration procedures and policies
• Collaborate closely with On’s IT, Technology, Architecture, Facility Management as well as external Vendors

Your Story:

• 4+ year’s hands-on experience in technical project management, managing high volume IT projects
• Bachelor’s Degree, alternative qualification or experience with a focus on Technology, Project Management, Facility Management or Business Administration in a relevant field
• Experience working with network administration vendors in setting up and troubleshooting WIFI, access points, network topography, network infrastructure, workplace network security and firewalls, VPNs
• Passionate about learning and adopting new technologies and trends that could enhance our On’s technical workplace experience
• Able to work in an agile and fast-paced environment
• Team oriented and passionate about delivering a quality service
• Ideally you bring experience with one or more of the following technologies:
  • AV solutions, conferencing software and hardware
  • Desk booking systems
  • Smart lock systems for offices
  • Wireless network set up for office spaces
  • Dashboards and data displays
