Description du poste

Are you agile? Are you motivated to work in an agile environment? Do you want to drive things and be in a central position of Agile Software Delivery? We’re looking for someone like this to:

  • actively set an example of the values and principles of Agile Software Development in the agile teams and organization
  • lead one or multiple scrum teams and support them to work and collaborate in an agile development environment
  • enable development teams to independently organize the sprints and to achieve the sprint goals
  • arrange and moderate Scrum ceremonies to enable decision-making, remove impediments and encourage regular inspection & adaptation. Protect the Pod from interruptions.
  • motivate people on the agile mindset, embedding practices to improve flow and ways of working
  • advise product owners on the management and prioritization of the product backlogs
  • create transparency, enable collaboration and maintain information exchange
  • align with other Scrum Masters on cross-team risks, dependencies and issues
  • contribute by bringing your experience and ideas within the Scrum team and Scrum Master Community of Practice, to helping mutual knowledge transfer
  • facilitate the preparation and execution of cross-team activities, e.g. Quarterly Business Reviews
  • understand performance, process, and product quality indicators
Description du profil

  • Computer Science education or equivalent and Scrum Master Certification (e.g. PSM, CSM) preferred
  • experience in the Scrum Master role in a software development team at least 2 years
  • proven experience with JIRA, Confluence and Gitlab with good knowledge of reporting features
  • knowledge about agile techniques and methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, adaption & inspection techniques
  • ability to lead an Agile team
  • adequate technical understanding of software engineering
  • ability to deal with conflict and respond to difficult situations with people
  • ability to enforce and get buy in from team and stakeholder, when it comes to process adoption
  • experience in moderation and facilitation, as well as effective coaching and leadership in Agile Software development
  • experience in building a globally-scaled product and working with geographically distributed Scrum teams is an advantage
  • you are an excellent communicator, who is comfortable to interact with team colleagues and key stakeholders of different levels, in both English and German
  • a strong problem solver with a ’can-do’ attitude
  • a very resilient person, who is able to stand their ground
  • a team player
