Your field of responsibility


You will have the accountability to work with the Business and IT applications owners where you will help them to adopt to IT security controls such as to onboard their applications onto the strategic access management system and therefore keep their sensitive data safe. You will have the chance to improve Processes of the Identity & Access Management platform and related security controls. The coordination with our governance partners and CISO will be an additional key part of your mandate as well as the management of Key Business Partners.

This is a key role in the Identity & Access management department within the Chief Security Officer (CSO) organization. You will be part of the Access Management Control Adoption Team in Zurich, which supports applications as the adopt to IT security controls and will be involved in critical regulatory programs and other meaningful business driven Security Projects. You will have the opportunity to work in very global and dynamic environment. Your skills and experience


You have a graduate degree or equivalent education in Information Technology or Computer Science and bring with you at least 5 years working experience in IT security and with access management domain knowledge.

  • You possess demonstrable experience in leading complex projects and services
  • You have strong business analysis skills and technical skills
  • You have experience in working within a financial institution or bank
  • You have strong and certified cyber security knowledge (e.g. CISSP)
  • You have directory skills and experience with access control for cloud solutions (e.g. SCIM)
  • You are fluent in English
