In this role, you will contribute by:

• Conception and implementation of applications within ServiceNow
• Interface definitions and integrations
• Maintenance and optimization of the ServiceNow environment
• System administration
• 3rd level ServiceNow Support
• System documentation

We are looking for:

• ITIL foundation or similar
• Apprenticeship as an application developer or
• Apprenticeship as system technician (willing to switch to application development)
• Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (CSA) is an advantage
• Basic understanding of coding principles and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, JSON, REST) as well as database normalization
• Very good English skills - written and verbal, German is an advantage
• Team-player who likes to cooperate with IT partners in global teams
