Your Responsibilities

Team management of 10 people (Product Owner + Product Manager)
Define the agile methodology with the team
Coordination of differents projects
Manage internal communication and evangelisation
Politique interne : communication et évangéliser les équipes.
Create and lead the roadmap, working with the development team
Translate the strategic vision into technological features at the core of propositions

Your Profile

5 years’ experience minimum working in Fintech, bank, insurance or a similar industry.
Experience as Agile expert practitioner and evangelist
Build a roadmap around the migration of legacy features onto the SaaS
Ensuring operational readiness, security, and support readiness
You should be able to work reciprocally with multiple teams of different nature - technical and non-technical
Able to gain respect, trust and confidence of senior management, partners and clients in all situations
Flexibility to adapt to dynamic business situation and environments
