About Our Client

Our client, a leading international player in the pharmaceutical industry with modern offices in the Lucerne area, is looking for a communicative Marketing Specialist 100%with strong organizational skills in a temporary assignment for the next 12 months.

Job Description
  • Being responsible for the development and execution of digital and print marketing campaigns and material for vaccines for HCPs and HCC
  • In collaboration with agencies, ensuring a brand is well positioned and represented across all communication platforms
  • Initiating recommendations for improvement on the creative process and identifying opportunities for efficiency
  • Having a particular focus on digital campaigns for vaccines products as well as localization of marketing material created at global or regional level
  • Supporting the launch of a new vaccination cohort for the varicella portfolio
  • Implementing marketing strategy and plans, including the adaptation of global/regional plans to country’s regulations/needs
  • Providing innovation through testing new marketing channels, new types of content and new channel execution strategies
  • Contributing to the agile team organized in SCRUM and sprint events
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Natural Sciences, Health Sciences or Economics
  • Business/marketing or scientific/medical background with first practical experience in Marketing, Sales, or Medical; ideally in the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Field-based experience in a function such as Sales, Medical Scientific Liaison or similar is advantageous
  • Very strong German communication skills (C2 level) and proficient English knowledge, French knowledge is advantageous
  • Strong communication & collaborative skills and the ability to effectively work both independently and within a team environment
  • Digital savvy: experienced in agile methodologies would be a plus ; experienced with social media campaigns and agency collaboration as well as Google Ads ; data & analytics experience also an asset
