What you’re going to do

We are looking for a well-organized and dynamic person to join our motivated project office team in Zurich.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all project, license and maintenance agreements (project portfolio management) from sending to filing and archiving (physically and electronically).
  • Monitoring and coordination of the sales pipeline
  • Triggering and monitoring of accounts receivable invoices, incl. dunning process
  • Budget and controlling tasks, deadline monitoring, milestones
  • Responding to inquiries from customers and project managers regarding project budgets and invoices
  • Supporting project managers in contractual aspects of project administration

What we’re looking for

For this responsible and varied job, we expect:

  • a completed commercial education
  • experience in project business, contract management and accounts receivable accounting
  • good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, ABACUS knowledge is an advantage
  • very good language skills in German and English, French is an advantage
  • accuracy and a flair for numbers
  • independent and responsible action, well organized with ability to plan ahead and initiative
  • Determination and strong communication skills
