WHO YOU ARE
Hej! Would you like to play an important role in the success of our 10th store in Switzerland? Do you also speak French, German and English and live in the western part of our country? Then you might just be the one for me!
IKEA is opening a new store in Riddes during autumn 2023. This is an occasion that doesn’t come around that often, and we need an addition to the team to make this happen.
For you to be the right one, you are a recruiter who are not afraid to lend a hand wherever needed in the project, even though your main task is recruitment.
This is a permanent role for 100%.

Let’s see what I am looking for:
• You have recruitment experience and are able to handle a variety of different positions and candidates.
• Your German & French are equally good, and you are also confident in English, both verbal and written
• You are not afraid of challenging status quo and trying new ways of working.
• You are a strong communicator who enjoys being in frequent contact with line managers and candidates.
• You have a structured, efficient way of working that allows you drive multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• You are able to quickly grasp new concepts, understand processes and the workings of various recruitment platforms.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Besides handling all the steps in our recruitment process, the role also includes:

• Communicating frequently with line managers, support them with all their recruitment needs and coaching them along the way.
• Keeping in contact with the candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Acquiring an in-depth understanding of your areas of responsibility, the relevant job profiles and the needs of the managers.
• Being a strong believer in and advocate for diversity and equal opportunity for all candidates.
• Living the IKEA values and culture as a role-model for those around you.
• Support where needed, in a team that all are striving for the best candidate and customer experience possible
