We are looking for a Marketing Generalist in an international environment, who wants to be the ambassador and driver of our brand in the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement, and execute region-specific marketing plans together with Area Sales Manager and selected partners
• Define marketing goals and KPIs for the region and for partners together with Head of Global Marketing and Global Sales
• Be a brand advocate towards partners and build up brand awareness in region together with local teams
• Align marketing activities with Global Marketing team and local teams and make sure that marketing projects get the right attention and support
• Prepare and present reports on marketing plans, campaigns and deliverables
• Execute regional or local trade fairs (end-to-end: define, plan, execute with partners and/or Global team)
• Implement product launch plans given by Global Marketing and execute them in your region involving local teams and partners
• Define creative strategies and content plans for PR together with Head of Global Marketing & local teams
• Define and execute regional media plans together with Global and local team
• Analyze local competition and share information with local and Global teams
• Identify new market and industry trends and share them with Global team. Get feedback on products from partners and share them with Global team.
• Close coordination and cooperation with various internal stakeholders to get projects done
• Support Global Marketing team goals and strategy

Key qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration with specialization in marketing
• Marketing Generalist with strategic and conceptual thinking as well as hands-on mentality
• At least 5 years of work experience and 3 years of experience at a similar position in a B2B company
• Proven experience in Digital Marketing, PR, Media, Content Creation as well as tradeshow management
• Strong communications skills in English (fluent in writing and speaking) and preferably German; any other European language (Spanish, French, Italian etc.) would be highly beneficial
• Determined, flexible, proactive, with a service-oriented mindset
• Willingness to take ownership
