You are looking for a challenge to define and design the relevant processes around the set up of the Release & Test Management in a hybrid landscape? Implement the governance for your work and drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the release and test management.

For our team in Aarburg (near Olten), where the global headquarters is located, we are looking for a Release & Test Manager 100% (f/m) for our global application landscape.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Create the Release Test Strategy and related documents
• Understand the release cycles of the multiple cloud applications and analyze the impacts for the End-to-End Processes in the overall hybrid landscape
• Maintain Release Calendar for Application Version updates and technical updates
• Assess test scope and possible regression areas
• Coordinate Release test effort estimates
• Regularly produce accurate and comprehensive reports and metrics on testing progress, defects, issues and remedial actions for Release testing
• Continually assess opportunities to improve test effectiveness and efficiency

You’re the perfect match, if you have:

• Project or Release management experience
• Application Architecture background, with the ability to quickly understand new technologies
• Writing test strategies and plans
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated experience working together in global teams in an international environment
• Sound understanding of business processes and how the application supports the business process
• Open Mindset for new technologies
• Experience in SAP Solution Manager Test Management
• Excellent communication skills – fluent English spoken and written
