Our Product Management and MerchandisingDepartment in Bad Zurzach (Switzerland) is looking immediately for a highly motivated:

Team Assistant (f/m) (working 80 %)

The purpose of the role is to provide a strong level of support in organizational, operational, and administrative duties to the Global Head of Brand Merchandising & team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Managing calendar and agenda including logistics for the Global Head of BM
  • Organizing internal and external meetings, workshops, sales conferences (incl. budget coordination, agendas, logistics, meeting/greeting visitors, etc.
  • Supporting with executive-level PowerPoint presentations (collating, publishing) and creation of meeting minutes
  • Managing office and related correspondence (e.g. invoice processing, signature handling, dealing with post, emails, etc.)
  • Organizational duties for Bad Zurzach sample set co-ordinations and management of competitor sample sets
  • Liaising and strong communication skills with other Team Assistants
  • Supporting with distributing seasonal materials to Regional partners
  • Supporting with Travel and Expenses process for the Global Brand Merchandising team
  • Managing the Team Vacation Calendar

Your ideal profile:

  • You have gained relevant experience in a similar role in FMCG, beauty or retail industry
  • You have strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You show a keen attention to detail and can prioritize
  • You are fluent in English, German language is a plus
  • You are a confident user of MS Office tools: e.g. Outlook Express, Outlook Calendar, MS Teams, PPT, Excel
