Responsibilities:





You will support one of the largest ongoing modernisation projects in Switzerland





You are in close contact with the customers in order to correctly record the requirements analysis and to correctly understand the customer requirements





Specifications of processes and documentation are part of your daily business routine





You lead a team of developers for the implementation of the requirements





You work in a very cross-functional team with stakeholders of different management levels







We are looking for:




We are looking for a candidate who works independently and in a structured way





Knowledge and practical experience in business analysis & requirements engineering





A background and experience in development is helpful (especially with databases)





Practical experience in the use of modelling tools (e.g. UML) or requirements management would be an advantage





You are already familiar with agile methodologies





You have excellent communication skills in French and English
