For a constantly growing, successful commodity trading company in Zug we presently are looking for a

Traffic Operator Metals Concentrates

Accurate maintenance of the internal records. Reconcile off-line supporting documents
Maintenance of accruals with accounting, approval of invoices and invoicing with the shipping companies.
Prepare a weekly report of the vessel estimated time of departure and arrival.
Coordination with lab/surveyors regarding all admin matters, such as invoicing and approval of invoices.
Maintaining the records and administration of the contract files
Prepare a weekly reports
Letters of Credit (L/Cs
Vessel chartering or container shipments in co-operation with chartering team, organizing rail, truck and air transport or releasing of material in warehouse
Hedging: Calculation of metal quantities and foreign currency amounts to be priced
Contact to clients/field offices: Correspondence on availability of material in production, transit and in stock; documentation, invoicing, payments, client exposure control and claim handling
Insuring risks of each transport as well as material in storage
Internal coordination with traders for the shipping schedule.
Issuing profit and loss calculations and controlling of client exposures. Dealing with accounting regarding bookings, account reconciliation, monthly closing tasks and file liquidation

Your Skills And Experience

Economics/Engineering/Chemistry/Mathematics/International Business /Law: University Degree or Advanced Student or relevant qualification
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Numerical skills s and Logical thinking
Proactive and Hard working
Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills
Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
