In this role, you will contribute by:

• Understand business needs and processes and anticipate, drive and facilitate the design of processes
• Apply a broader view of technology changes and their implications for the business as well as strategic and organizational impacts
• Guide the Business in defining the requirements and translate business requirements into technical aspects
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing and deployment solutions as well as documentation and user training

We are looking for:

• Qualified professional with many years of project experience in the ERP SAP environment in the manufacturing industry
• Experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Management
• Strong Background in End-to-End Business Processes
• Experience in guiding Business to identify business requirements and a strong ability to translate business requirements into technical aspects
• Technical project management skills
• Demonstrated experience working together in global teams in an international environment
• Customer and solution oriented with strong analytical skills
• Sound experience in applying or customizing SAP applications
• Excellent communication skills – fluent in English spoken and written, German is a plus
