We are seeking aSenior Labelling Coordinator - Temporary(m/f /d) to join our team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support successful transition of Essentials portfolio from Medela to Medela Consumer by providing timeline development of all needed labelling and regulatory requirements
Ensure Labelling and consumer packaging process for ISO 9001 & all relevant and specific regulatory requirements
  • Provide oversight for all product packaging and labelling activities
  • Manage communication and interface between Marketing, Sourcing, Quality, Regulatory, external suppliers, and consultants in the development and execution of labelling & consumer packaging strategies
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Sourcing, Regulatory, and QA to ensure timely release and shipment of packaged product to Commercial Distributors
  • Troubleshoot labelling problems, document findings and implement solutions to resolve problems
Your Qualifications
  • Commercial apprenticeship or any other relevant education
  • 2+ years of experience in labelling & artwork development in an FMCG
  • Familiarity with and experience in applying global regulatory requirements for labelling of commercial products
  • Experience in working cross-functional and in a matrix organization
  • Strong organizational skills along with superior communication skills
  • Be able to pro-actively manage timelines
  • Strong verbal and written language skills in both German and English
