Job purpose

Facilitating Selexis processes efficiently while respecting safety and security rules; Responsible for the good management of cleaning utilities and related equipment (washing machine, dryer, autoclave, etc);

Performing all relevant tasks to support smooth Supply Chain activities (orders, receptions, stock transfers, inventories, etc.);

Maintaining good and transparent communication and supporting the overall team spirit.

Roles and Responsibilities

LABORATORY SUPPORT

  • Waste management
  • Laboratory materials management
  • Buffer and media preparation
  • Equipment control and care
  • Compliant documentation

SUPPLY CHAIN

  • Procurement (ordering process, ERP registration, stock management)
  • Laboratory Logistics (Kanban system for consumables, material transfer, batch and expiry cycle monitoring, inventory)
  • Compliant documentation

Qualifications

·Education / Experience

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a biotech / chemical laboratory

General experience with supply chain processes

·Skills / Knowledge

Rigorous and proactive

Attentiveness to safety and security methodologies

Team-minded, but also autonomous functional

Good oral and written communication skills

·Languages

French - fluent

English – professional proficient (written/oral)

German - could be a plus
