One of the largest consulting firms in Switzerland is looking for a Swiss Qualified Lawyer 60-100% to join their team in St.Gallen.

Their clients are SMEs from all industries including private clients and listed companies. The company provides business, tax and legal advice and have offices in ten locations.

About the role:

In this role you will advise national and international clients on corporate and contract law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts at national and international level
  • Preparation and maintenance of all necessary corporate documents (corporate housekeeping)
  • Advise clients in the area of labour and immigration law; drafting of employment contracts and employee regulations, obtaining work and residence permits, advice on all labour law issues
  • Advise on estate planning; eg. drafting of marriage and inheritance contracts
  • Support corporate and tax advisors on M&A transactions





To succeed in this role you will need to have a first experience (2-3 years) as a lawyer in a law firm, consulting company or in a legal department.

Key Requirements:

  • Master of Law (or equivalent)
  • Swiss bar admission
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Strong service mindset with high quality standards
  • Negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Open-minded, flexible, resilient, positive thinking and team-oriented
