As part of Leonardo, Kopter currently develops the AW09, a next generation single-engine helicopter that offers the largest cabin and cargo hold in its category, increased modularity and modern electronic systems. The AW09 delivers latest safety standards as well as more performance and comfort at low operating costs.Kopter is set to become Leonardo’s Centre of Excellence for new light helicopters and an incubator of new technologies, contributing to the development of hybrid and electrical propulsion systems. Kopter’s 320 talented team members are primarily based in Switzerland, near Zurich and in Mollis (Canton of Glarus).Your Responsibilities►Structural analysis of structure in accordance with aerospace analysis methodologies and the applicable regulatory frameworks (EASA Part-21,J and CS27)►Conducts trade studies as part of the development of the Kopter products►Conducts static and fatigue analysis for structures as part of the process of obtaining a prototype permit to flight or aircraft type certificate►Participates in definition of material and structural tests►Prepares analysis reports, technical notes and presentations►Work package manager.
