Tasks

  • Provide technical leadership as deputy of the CTO to teammates as coach and mentor
  • Manage and report KPIs for controlling and assessing the team’s performance
  • Collaborate with business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain
web- and desktop-based business applications

  • Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
  • Package and support deployment of releases
  • Provide third-level support to business users
  • Deploy personal network and market experiences to further grow the team
Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer
  • Prior experience in a technical leadership position
  • College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Fluent in English
  • Entrepreneurial spirit or high intrinsic motivation to work for a startup
  • Competitive personality with an extraordinarily ambitious attitude
