In our R&D group, we develop hearing solutions and services for hearing impaired people and hearing care professionals in the form of hearing instruments, accessories, web services, mobile applications and PC software.

As Lead of Verification & Test Management you apply your skills by working together with test managers, test- and development engineers and project managers and coordinating verification and test activities for the entire hearing system (hearing devices, accessories, chargers, fitting software, web solutions, mobile apps).

You have the overall responsibility to create, maintain and implement the verification and test strategy within R&D Headquarter and Service Center Warsaw. By mastering state of the art tools and agile processes you confidently operate in a fast evolving and interdisciplinary R&D environment.

Your tasks
  • Represent verification and test concerns towards R&D management, test managers, and development teams in an agile organization
  • Create and communicate verification and test strategy and roadmap to all stakeholders in R&D and departments with close cooperation (Operations, Quality Management, Marketing)
  • Coordinate and guide test managers and architects to implement the verification and test strategy and roadmap
  • Ensure full compliance of verification and test activities with Medical Device Regulations (MDR) and other regulatory requirements

Your profile
  • University degree or equivalent in Science, Engineering or a related field
  • 10+ years of professional working experience in R&D role in testing and verification or similar experience in classical V-model and agile development environment
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Experienced in HW, SW and combined system verification is a plus
  • Knowhow of different verification methodologies (regression-, unit-, integration-, exploratory-, performance-, stress testing etc.) and associated tools
  • Experience in test automation methodologies and technologies
  • Strong leadership skills, communicative, ability to assert oneself
  • Solution-orientated team player with coaching skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English, German is a plus
